Our backend development service, Integration Stack Hub, is designed to assist you with backend engineering, API integration, and system validation. The results of our backend development services are provided for technical and development purposes.

Dainty Energy LLC provides backend development and code validation services adhering to standard industry practices. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our backend development services complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that you will not use our backend development services for fraud, illegal activity, or unauthorized system access. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dainty Energy LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with your use of our backend development services or any breach of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
